So you start this quest in a new NPC called Paradise Angel that is in all of the four citys: Aurora, Dark, Breeze/Beast and Iron/Steel.
Note: You dont need get the quest from your own city you cna get it in any, i tested it.

I got quest from Aurora City and the NPC is next to the place where you teleport to Sign up Office, coordinates: 136,72.

It will give you the quest named:

Eden needs Help

1.Go to Mushroom Village to meet with Blocks Envoy (NPC-194,148)

The entrance to Candyland/Mushroom Village is through Mushroom Forest.

2.Defeat Trainee Witch or Crystal Envoy: 0/100 (127,130)
 
3.Report to Blocks Envoy (NPC of step 1)

Rewards:1050000 gold, 10700000 exp., 7500 credits

The Final Line

1.Defeat Fireball baby or Flower Thorn baby 0/100 (Building Blocks County - 138,80)
 
2.Report to Guerrilla Leader Mola (136,95)

3.Kill 100 Dog Fighter (91,108)

4.Report to Guerrila Leader Mola (NPC of step 2)

5.Report to Lord Kahn (52,136) in Building Blocks City, and claim the rewards from him

Urgent Support Needed

1.Go to Strawberry Garden to find Leader Sharm (You got 3 min til times run up and you wont be able to get the next quest)

Note: In Strawberry Garden there is a cupid so set ur cupid there first and then go take the quest from Lord Khan. After it, wing to Strawberry Garden and run to NPC fast, you should be able to move on to next step)

2.Defeat Blueberry Collector 0/150 (17,111)

3.Talk with Leader Sharm (NPC of step 1)

4.Defeat Cheese Warrior: 0/150 (158,33)

Note: Be careful not to attack the boss cuz its AOE is deadly ._. xD

5.Report to Lord Kahn in Building Blocks City, and claim the rewards from him (NPC of step 4 of Eliminate the enemies)

Rewards:2200000 gold, 21500000 exp., 15100 credits)

Making Arrangements

1.Go to Fruit Town to dispatch the materials with the help of Weapon Seller (NPC called Weapon Vendor - 93,46)

2.Go to Chocolate Village and find Military Surplus Vendor to dispatch the goods (227,116)

3.Go to Strawberry Garden and [borrow] 0/200 weapons from Lollipop soldiers

4.Report to Lord Kahn in Building Blocks City, and claim the rewards from him (NPC of step 5 of Urgent Support Needed)

Rewards:1900000 gold, 18800000 exp., 13200 credits

1.Go to Fruit Town to find Army 1´s trace (Colonel 1 - 271,114)

2.Go to Chocolate Village to find Army 2´s trace (Colonel 2 - 122,45)

3.Go to Strawberry Garden and find Army 3´s trace (Colonel 3 - 208,40)

4. Talk to Colonel 3 (NPC of step 3)

5.Report to Lord Kahn in Building Blocks City, and claim the rewards from him (NPC of step 4 of Making Arrangements)

Rewards:1100000 gold, 10700000 exp., 7500 credits

Final Preparations

1.Go to Chocolate Forest to find Commander Sally (37,166)

2.Defeat Warrants in Chocolate Forest or Berry Sandwich Goblin (47,161): 0/200

3.Report to Commander Sally (NPC of step 1)

4.[Borrow] 0/200 weapons and food from warriors in Chocolate Forest

Kill 200 mobs of these:

5.Report to Commander Sally (NPC of step 3)

It´s Time

1.Go to Poker City´s gate in the Chocolate Forest to find General Dior(216,80)

2.Tell Lord Kahn about Dior´s confusion (NPC of step 5 of Searching for the Missing)

3.Take the time mark from the monsters near Poker City

Kill both mobs of: Diamond Spearman and Club Spearman (263,117)

   Note: Its luck drop so you might get it fast or slow depending on your luck.

4.Give the time mark to Lord Kahn (NPC of step 2)

5.Go to Angel Lyceum and find the blessing time mark from Michael(215,110)

6.Bring the time mark to General Dior (NPC of step 1 of It´s Time)

Rewards:2700000 gold, 27000000 exp., 18900 credits
